Rebanding
Wave 4, Stage 1 rebanding update; FCC Public Notice DA 07-1542 (115 KB PDF)
On March 30, 2007 the FCC:
- Extended the Wave 4, Stage 1 mandatory negotiation period by 90 days from April 2, 2007 to July 1, 2007;
- Postponed the beginning of the mediation period for these licensees until July 2, 2007 and;
- Extended the filing freeze on new applications in Wave 4, Stage 1 until August 13, 2007.
